About Us

Welcome to the Hunnewell School Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), established in 1995 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We aim to foster closer cooperation between the school and parents, enrich children's educational experiences, improve communication, and provide essential support for student enrichment programs. 

The Hunnewell PTO is dedicated to raising funds to maintain and enhance educational excellence at Hunnewell Elementary School. It is our vision that at Hunnewell, each child receives the tools intellectually, socially and emotionally through a well balanced education. Through the collaboration of parents, educators, the school council and the community, the Hunnewell PTO supports programs and services that are considered important to the development of the whole child. Science, technology, art and music are among some of the expanded resources we support.
